COUNTRY GARDEN WEDDING, SOMERSET
One of the aspects I love about my job is that I often find myself in secret corners of the country that I wouldn’t normally see. One such hidden Narnia was the setting for Louise and Guy’s wedding in rural
Somerset. Louise’s family home provided a glorious backdrop for an English country wedding surrounded by family and friends.
The couple chose the time of year to make the most of the stunning Laburnum walk where I shot their portraits. Louise’s Danish routes provided the inspiration behind the blue and white vases, cake and even her going away dress.
The day consisted of a relaxed lunch followed by a pool party into the evening with the bride’s father strumming away on his guitar.
