Working out wedding photography rates can be a maze of hidden costs. As a result I charge a flat fee and don’t restrict my clients to packages, rather tailor my work to your needs.
MY FLAT FEE INCLUDES:
HIGH RESOLUTION FILES
Online transfer of high resolution images so you are free to use images as you chose.
ONLINE GALLERY
Your images will feature within a secure online gallery where your guests can view and purchase images. This can be password protected.
CARDS
50 thank you cards with an image from your day on the front and back. Higher numbers of cards available on request.
DURATION
Eight hours of photography which normally covers my presence from the Bride getting ready through to the evening party. If you are planning a big send off I will stay until the end for an additional fee per hour, otherwise I tend to leave when I have all the shots required. This is normally around 30 mins after the first dance.
PLANNING
All planning and consulting meetings to enable smooth running on the day.
IMAGE FINISHING
Every image will carefully and individually processed to the highest standard . All images are shot in colour but I will convert around a third into black & white. Couples preferring more black & white must let me know before the wedding. All images can be converted from black & white to colour and vice versa. I convert the first 15 for free then charge any additional on the time taken.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS
ENGAGMENT PORTRAITS
A great way of you getting used to being in front of the camera and for me to get to you know you as a couple. This often helps those who are camera shy.
50 PAGE HANDBOUND COFFEE TABLE BOOK
Luxurious album hand bound in the UK’s leading binary with a large choice of cover options and sizes. Clients can either chose their favourite images or I can build an album based on my choice. One set of design changes is included. Additional changes will be charged on the time taken. Other albums types and mini albums are available on request.
PRINTS Archival prints (the colours won’t fade) or all images shot on your day printed to your specification (ie matt/gloss, with/without a border in 7.5×5 or 6×4”)
ADDITIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS
I am able to cover up to 180 guests on my own so if your numbers exceed this we can to discuss the options.
BOOKINGS In order to keep my work fresh, I only shoot 12 weddings per year. As a result, I work on a first come, first served basis and am unable to take provisional bookings or reserve dates without a £500 booking fee.. Please contact me for further information on my prices.
